Vakils developed a website for a leading pharmaceutical company that provided HCPs with relevant product information and the opt-ins feature at one place

Vakils developed a single sign-on feature
Background

The client had a separate website for opt-ins and a separate website for product resources. The client wanted one website with product information based on the health care providers (HCPs) area of interest, which would be seamlessly connected to their CXM platform and streaming platform without the need of additional sign-ons.

Solution

Vakils developed a single sign-on feature for the website that connected to both the CXM platform and the streaming platform to provide the best user experience.

The unique, single sign-on based login feature enables HCPs to login to the website if the HCP opts-in through any omni channel. The opt-in information is stored in the CXM platform, which is connected to the website. The website verifies the information from the CXM platform and automatically registers the HCP.

In the event that the HCP has not opted-in through any channel, the website works as a channel to opt-in the HCP and synchronize the opt-in information with the CXM platform. The website further

connects to a streaming platform, which logs in the HCP, if the HCP opens the platform from the website. An added benefit is that the content of the website is bespoke to the HCPs speciality, making it more relevant and impactful.

Result

  • The website developed by Vakils offers interest based content that has improved the customer revisiting score. This new website is expected to double or triple customer engagements.
  • The end user experience is enhanced via a hassle-free OTP based system that eliminates the need to remember passwords.
  • All personal information is stored in one secured system (CXM platform), which can be updated through any omni channel.
  • This website has enabled the client to communicate more effectively, as it is targeted to the HCPs speciality.
