Vakils creates engaging eDetailers for a leading multinational pharmaceutical company
Background:
An international pharmaceutical company reached out to Vakils to design and build engaging eDetailers to deliver information about their products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other stakeholders.
Solution:
We built the client’s eDetailers on HTML, Javascript, and CLM Platform Veeva. The eDetailers created by us offered interactive and engaging experiences to HCPs, allowing them to explore content at their own pace and interact with various multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and infographics. The eDetailers were developed in three languages—French, German and Italian.
We also helped the client set up their Veeva account and uploaded the eDetailers’ code on Veeva Promomats. With a Veeva account, the client could access their sales and marketing tools and customer data. They were able to track customer interactions, schedule sales visits, manage promotional materials, analyse data and generate reports.
Result:
The eDetailers created by Vakils helped enhance HCP engagement and understanding of the product, leading to better retention and recall. Our eDetailing services enabled the pharmaceutical company to deliver high levels of customer service and efficiently engage with HCPs and other stakeholders.
