Background:
Our client required an eDetailer for a product for their affiliate in Argentina. We were able to leverage the assets from a similar eDetailer that we had developed for their affiliate in Spain.
Solution:
We have developed a central repository of all our clients’ assets to enable easy access and efficiency. This allowed us to repurpose the data for the Argentina eDetailer with minimal changes. The code was the property of the client, which enabled them to re-use it at their discretion.
At Vakils, we see ourselves complementing local agencies rather than being their competitors. As with other projects, we worked closely with the local agencies. We understand that local agencies best understand their local markets.
For a quick turnaround, we provided the client a 24-hour support team with a ticketing system to ensure that issues were solved on a timely basis and escalated when needed.
Moreover, as Vakils has a number of certifications such as Veeva, Showpad, OCE, MI Touch and SalesForce, our client did not have to use different agencies in case of multiple CLM/CRM systems or have legacy files on different systems.
Vakils successfully repurposed and localised the Spain affialite’s eDetailer for Argentina with minimal updates. This resulted in considerable time and cost savings for the affiliate in Argentina. We also provided the added
benefit of consistency in branding guidelines across affiliates.
